Food Vendors:
(Food courts, Prepared Foods, Produce)

  1. Sunday, January 9: Food Vendors must complete the self audit/checklist during setup and submit the completed and signed worksheet to the Managers before 10AM.  Checklist Download*
  2. Food Vendors not in compliance will not be permitted to sell.
  3. All Food Vendors are required to have their applicable permits DISPLAYED in their booth.
  4. Food Vendors that handle food must have, and be wearing, latex gloves.
  5. Food Vendors are required to have access to a wash station to include: a hot water dispenser with water at specified temperatures, soap, paper towels and receptacle to catch grey water.
  6. Handling of food should be done with utensils, when possible.
  7. Cleanliness of booth and equipment is essential.
  8.  EVERY booth needs a trash receptacle.
  9. All prepared and hot food items for sale must be listed on your environmental health permit.

ALL Market Participants:

  1. Signs will be posted at both ends of the path leading in/out of the prepared foods/farmers area advising that pets are not permitted beyond those points. If Market Ambassadors (helpers) are not available, vendors outside the food area are encouraged to offer assistance to shoppers with pets by volunteering to watch their pets for them while they enter the food area.
  2. EVERY booth needs a trash receptacle.
  3.  Access to restroom facilities within reasonable distance. Vendors and shoppers have permission to use the Marriott Courtyard facilities in their lobby, and we also have the restroom facility currently located in the amphitheater.
  4. Market Vendors have access to a THREE-compartment sink.  This is provided under agreement with the Marriott.
  5. Market Managers are responsible for compliance, and will conduct periodic audits.  This will be done during setup between 9AM-10AM, prior to market opening.
  6. Vendors not in compliance with applicable requirements and market guidelines will not be permitted to set up that day, and repeated non-compliance may result in loss of Market participation privileges.
